Chanson de l’Ange Happenings

PhantomRight at this very moment, I am listening to Nathan’s new musical composition in progress; a brand new beautiful piece to be featured on the Chanson de l’Ange Music CD.  What a master he is at creating the hauntingly romantic atmosphere my story requires.  The theme of this piece is similar to one of the pieces he composed a few years ago for Chanson, but using his new sound library and with his considerably improved skill… (to read complete article please click the MORE button below the share bar)

this music completely surpasses the former work.  The CD that Nathan is composing now will be available by download through his website STORE, and will linked from my HOMEPAGE when it is complete.  Which reminds me!  We will be rerecording the Chanson de l’Ange aria with a new orchestral arrangement, so I’ve gotta get my voice in shape!  I haven’t sung a note since last summer when I sang for a memorial service, so I have a lot of work to do on my rusty vocals. (Where is the Phantom when you need him?)

I wanted to let you know that if you are not a member of my FORUM, you might want to officially register by clicking this link: CHANSON FORUM.  FORUM members receive email updates each time I post a new blog, and once the book is released for purchase, members may post their reviews, share in discussions about Chanson and other Phantom of the Opera topics.  I welcome new members to the FORUM and look forward to meeting you!

I’ve taken the first steps in submitting Book One.  Tonight I will attach my manuscript to an email and send it to my Xlibris rep.  From there, he will look it over and get back to me with suggestions/further instructions.  What a great feeling!

So, dear readers….with echoes of Nathan’s piano, strings, horns and woodwinds wafting up from the basement, I thank you all for taking the time to visit my site and wish you a blessed and beautiful day/evening!

Actually, Frannie, it’s not a new aria. Same aria with a different arrangement; 1/2 step lower than the old one. Thanks so much for your support, Frannie, and thanks again for designing such gorgeous cover art! Love you!
