The "Spoiler" Tag. What it is and why you should use it!

Postby Nathan Allen Pinard » Fri Jul 09, 2010 6:29 am

Many of you know what this is already. When you discuss Chanson you often will be talking with people that have already finished the book.

However, there are those out there that will browse these forums that have not even ordered the book. Maybe to just stay in touch until they finally buy it, or they are waiting for their copy!

So please, have consideration for those that don't want to be spoiled!

In order to do this, we've added a "Spoiler" tag, that will color the text so the user is forced to highlight it in order to see the information. They have a choose to read that spoiler or not!

To use:

1. Type your text.
2. Highlight your text.
3. Click the "Spoiler" button in the top toolbar (next to where you bold, italicize, etc)

Or if you prefer to type it in use:

Code: Select all
Type text here!
It show's up like so:

Spoiler! (highlight to read):
Type text here!

Remember, you need to highlight that red bar in able to see the text!
